Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Asheville, NC

We’re looking for a good Team Member to grow into and with my company. The position will start off part-time to full-time at $10 per hour with the possibility to grow into an Officer Manager or Contract Administrator position with supervisory responsibilities.

Avatara, LLC is a Prime Federal contractor. We perform service contracts for Federal, State and local governments nationwide. We have employees and subcontractors in multiple states. We contract with the Dept of the Air Force, Dept of the Army, US Army Corps of Engineers, Dept of Veteran’s Affairs and many others.

It will take just the right individual to manage the administrative functions of this position, dealing with constantly changing circumstances, multiple employees, subcontractors, employees and federal customers. Being able to work at home is a terrific benefit, but requires a home environment that is accepting and complimenting to it.

Starting pay is $10 per hour to start. When we find the right fit and the position grows, so will the pay. I will provide a laptop and/or desktop, mobile phone, etc for home office work. Travel may be required at times, but no routinely.
